Insitu Architectural Salvage is now offering a unique opportunity to hire studio space in central Manchester for just £300 per day (exclusive of VAT), inclusive of the hire of Insitu props. Choose from three distinct studios at our Chester Road site and select any number of Insitu items to dress your set for no extra charge!
The Space
Loft Space 1 & 2
The newly refurbished loft space boasts bare brick walls, timber beams, timber cladding and neutral grey walls, tied together with Burmese teak block flooring.
1st Floor
The rustic 1st floor of Insitu retains the original exposed brick walls, huge sash windows and pine floor boards.

The Props
Insitu stocks an ever changing array of architectural salvage, furniture, homeware and decorative items – perfect for dressing a set. Anything available in the shop is free for use on set. Ordinarily to hire our stock we charge 30% of the retail price per week.
