Mid Century Sputnik Lamp

This is a Mid-Century Space Age “Rocket” bedside table lamp, widely attributed to designer Stanislav Kučera for Kamenický Šenov (Lustry) in Czechoslovakia. The Iconic “Space Age” or “Sputnik” styling from the 1950s–1960s, is characterized by its futuristic, rocket-like silhouette. This lamp features an elongated opaline glass shade that tapers to a point and rests on a brass tripod base.
