Mid Century Adesa Glasbruk Bamboo Vase

This is a Bo Borgström ‘Bamboo’ vase in ruby red cased glass, designed for Åseda Glasbruk. The flute features ribbed points which reflect the look of a bamboo stem. Produced in the 1970s, it is a popular item for collectors of Scandinavian mid-century modern glass art.
