Brought to you by the team behind Trof, Gorilla is a bar, kitchen and music venue. Here the designers requested a lot of great industrial details such as factory lighting, cast iron radiators and James Leonard chairs and tables as well as more elegant accessories like the American tin ceiling tiles and French glass drop pendants.
The curved ceiling is a reclaimed wood triumph with planks cut thinly to allow for the railway arch shape, however the highlight for us is the back of the music venue. A collage of electrical panels from the original BBC building, once located just around the corner on Oxford Road.
