Vintage Classic ‘Tabac’ Carotte French Sign

Dating from the mid century, this is a vintage French “carotte” (carrot) sign, used historically to identify shops licensed to sell tobacco products in France. Featuring the iconic diamond/carrot shape in red and yellow, and the word “Tabac” (French for tobacco). Now a collectable item, this would have formerly hung outside Bureaux de Tabac (licensed tobacconists) to signify tobacco sales.
